Developing a Recruitment Strategy from the Ground Up

- The company’s internal recruitment team and year-round recruitment plan were still in development, and recruitment activities tended to depend on individual staff members.

Ongoing Support for a New President Appointed at Age 36
- Challenge
- In 2025, Yuki Konno was appointed as the new president of this historic construction company with a history of more than 130 years. While carrying forward the intentions of the former president, he was unsure how to express a management policy that reflected his own leadership style.

- Through close communication, we gained a deep understanding of President Konno’s values and aspirations, then organized and verbalized ideas that were difficult to put into words as a management philosophy.
